
Meredith is a partner at Conway Homer, P.C., where she focuses her practice on representing petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. She joined Conway Homer P.C. in 2009 as a law clerk in her third year of law school and has been advocating for petitioners as an attorney in the Program after graduating law school and passing the bar in 2010, developing significant experience representing individuals and families affected by vaccine injuries.

Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University, and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a published member of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
She has extensive experience practicing before the Office of Special Masters of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Meredith currently serves in an officer role as Secretary of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. Meredith also serves as Chair of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association’s Newsletter Committee, overseeing the publication of the organization’s quarterly newsletter.
In addition, Meredith serves as the petitioners’ representative on the Process Committee, a collaborative working group that includes representatives from the Office of Special Masters, the Department of Justice, and petitioners’ counsel to address procedural and process-related matters within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Meredith is also a member of the Appellate Advisory Council within the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association, which provides guidance to petitioners’ counsel regarding appellate strategy and assists with moot courts and preparation for oral arguments.
