
Allison Riley is a partner at Ragsdale, L.L.C., where she focuses her practice on representing petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. She joined Ragsdale LLC as a law clerk in 2009 and has been advocating for petitioners in the Program since graduating law school and passing the bar in 2011, developing substantial experience representing individuals and families affected by vaccine injuries.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in French and Art History from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the Cumberland Law Review.
She has extensive experience practicing before the Office of Special Masters of the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Allison currently serves on the Executive Board of the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association as a Director-At-Large. She also serves on the organization’s Appellate Advisory Council, where she reviews adverse decisions and assists petitioners’ counsel in identifying appellate issues and preparing for oral argument, including moot court participation. She has presented at VIP Bar conferences on developments in vaccine causation, including a 2024 presentation on recent trends in causation decisions.
In addition, Allison serves on the Board of Governors of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association and is a member of its Membership Committee. She remains committed to the work of the petitioners’ bar and to advocating for individuals and families navigating the Vaccine Program.
