Jessica is an active leader in the legal community. A past president of the Court of Federal Claims Young Lawyers Division, she now serves on the Court’s Bar Association Board of Governors and acts as liaison for its Private Bar Pro Bono Program. She is also a board member and technology director of the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association (VIP Bar), where she presents regularly on fees litigation and damages and helps shape the association’s technology strategy and annual conferences.
Based in Seattle after starting her career in mctlaw’s Washington, DC office, Jessica earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. She continues to write and speak on government contract disputes and developments in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Away from the courtroom, she explores the Pacific Northwest with her two dogs, Haggis and Dalwhinnie, and spends as much time as possible on the water or the trail.
