Contact Us

The Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association (VIPBA) is operated by licensed attorneys who actively represent petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). If you are interested in connecting with us, please review the categories below to determine how best to reach out.

Attorneys Interested in Membership

If you are a licensed attorney admitted to practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims and currently represent petitioners in the VICP, we invite you to join our association. VIPBA offers peer collaboration, expert support, CLE opportunities, and access to critical litigation resources. Contact us to learn more about eligibility and benefits.

Media Inquiries

Members of the media seeking background on the VICP, vaccine injury litigation, or VIPBA’s role in public policy and legal advocacy are welcome to contact us. We are available to provide commentary, interviews, and insight into the legal and scientific framework of the vaccine injury compensation system.

Litigation Vendors and Sponsors

If your company provides services relevant to vaccine injury litigation—such as medical record retrieval, expert witness coordination, litigation support, or case management—and you are interested in partnering with VIPBA or sponsoring an event, we’d love to hear from you.
