The VIP Bar Association gathered in Washington, D.C. on October 22, 2025, for its annual conference—bringing together more than 75 attorneys and professionals who represent individuals navigating the vaccine injury compensation system. Held at the Capital Hilton, this year’s event provided members with a full day of updates, collaboration, and strategic discussion across the shifting landscape of vaccine injury practice.
The morning opened with registration and breakfast, followed by annual reports from VIP Bar representatives. Leaders shared highlights from committees including Finance, ACCV, the CFC Advisory Committee, the OSM Process Committee, the CFC Bar Association, the AAJ, and the VIP Bar Appellate Council. Attendees also received summaries of activity from the 2025 CSM meeting.

The conference concluded with an open forum, giving members the opportunity to raise questions, exchange perspectives, and engage directly with the VIP Bar Board.
To wrap up the day, attendees gathered for a cocktail reception hosted by US Claims at Duke’s Grocery. US Claims—who supports firms with client funding services—served as this year’s reception sponsor.
